Set up a free 15 minute discovery call where we will discuss your case, outline expectations & answer questions for upcoming visits.   

Schedule your one hour Evaluation.  This will include a thorough evaluation, treatment and recommendations for follow up care.  New evaluations are performed if an individual is not seen for more than 30 days. 

Individual 45 minute treatment sessions after initial Evaluation visit performed.  These visits include skilled hands-on interaction with therapist and home exercise instruction.  

45 minute mobility with emphasis on balance.  Wellness  visits are performed after an initial Evaluation visit to determine if appropriate.  These services are not treating a specific injury, pain, or dysfunction.  These visits are to maintain a level of fitness & strength and to prevent falls or a decline in health.
